works for me only with phpvers 7.4 with php 8.0 or higher I get "Call to undefined function each()"
what php version is your site using?
and I see you also use Kunena - Easysocial If you disable it for a test, does it work?
and the latest blue-eagle template is version 5-v1-6-8

Iam using PHP v. 8.0.26
Cant find "Easysocial" 

I did some more tests here with div php 8 versions but then
uddeIM PM really doesn't work anymore only with php 7.4.30
when I look in your configuration report it says that EasySocial is enabled so take a look at Kunena Forum: Plugins or Kunena - EasySocial Integration is disabled.

I found it (Easysocial) and disable it, but still private message not working

Hi. Uddeim does not work with php 8. This extension is not supported by the developer now. Unfortunately.
