I would have more idea if I could access your website. I don't know where your website is located.

I would like to see the configuration settings for one of these categories where you have defined Review Posts = Yes. I would also like to see, for myself, what happens if I tried to post a message as a "normal" registered user. To do that, I would need to have a test account to use on your website. Would these things be possible to organise?

I do not doubt your claims however we need to conduct a properly controlled test to see what's going on. This could take quite a while. I believe that you have changed more than you think you have changed or you've not made the changes that you need to make. I can't say for sure until we can see the problem for ourselves.

Intranet environments are tricky. I accept that, even in intranet/corporate environments, there should rules governing what can be posted and it makes perfectly reasonable sense to me that some categories should be defined for moderator review/approval. The problems that we have, in this case, is that the situation are complicated because of the inheritance of permissions via Active Directory. AD is outside my field of expertise, particularly where Joomla is concerned, and you may need to make further enquiries on this subject in the Joomla forum .

Hi
I have created an environment where you will have access to my intranet. It is a copy as it is today and not even the intranet, it is not possible to have external access.

I'm sending in a confidential manner, the data access. Thanks for your help.

Thank you. I have set all categories in your test site to use Review Posts = Yes. None of your categories were set like that!

You should now test your [test] site with a non-privileged account to see if it works the way that you want it to work.

Wait on. Let's make sure that we've dealt with the problem you first reported. Your original problem was that all your users could post and that none of their messages was moderated. Have we answered that question? Does Kunena work the way that it's supposed to work as far as "review posts" is concerned? Have you used my recommendations on your live site and does it fix the original problem?

ok =)

I made the recommendation indicated in my intranet, and is apparently working as I would like to work. To be 100% sure I will have to wait for the continued use of the users on Monday. For two users I crirei test, there was a warning that their messages would need to be moderated.

But if I wanted only the creation of a topic to be moderate and not answer it (the rest of the messages), what should I change the settings?
