Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

I don't understand how K 1.7.1 failed to load the editor textbox. Could you show us a picture, please. It sounds like a fairly easy-to-fix problem but I want to be sure that I understand what you are talking about.

It would also help if you posted your K 1.7 configuration report here, too. It would be a real help if you could provide us with a test account so that we can see the problem first-hand. You can post details of your test account by using the confidential BBCode tag, like this:

right now im using k1.6.
after discussed with you, i got an idea to setup dummy live site (copying actual content) on my server to test 1.7 upgrade.

this method will not interrupt live 1.6 forum.

after finishing this process, i will give you the information.

i successfully upgraded to k1.7.
so far the problem went away. let's hope its gone forever. ;)
the editor problem that i mentioned in previous post also gone.

i'll wait for more days to see the result.
