Yes, it turns out that kunena could have been the source of the problem the entire time. I have had issues with other extensions not installing tables as well but only once. So I manually created the tables necessary to fix it. I think this may be the same kind of issue, missing tables that are required for certain tasks. The Spam Killer extension was trying to query Kunena tables that didn't exist as well, so when I removed it I removed this error from appearing most of the time. But there are still cases where the one's from kunena happen. I believe it is community related (jomsocial) and when I hit user profiles (and kunena plugins) make queries to pull information onto a user's profile this error happens. Do you guys develop these plugins or no? Anyways, let me know your thoughts either way, thanks.

You still have those <strong> tags where you should not!

As you mentioned before, you have "tons of plugins" and you're still testing things on your own PC-hosted website. You have numerous conflicting configuration issues and everything you've described up to now demonstrates that those issues were the result of the choices you have made. You want to keep "tons of modules" on the off-chance that you might want to test them at some future moment in time. That may be a good objective but, when you're fighting a losing battle, it's not a good tactic.

If you want real support, please install Kunena on a website that we can actually access. The only thing we can do now is provide you with general advice ... and I don't know what other advice I can give you. Sorry.
