Question Kunena COM_KUNENA_INTERNAL_ERROR_CONFIG

I get this error all the time....on pages unrelated to Kunena. The worst part is it happens when I am not logged in either. My site is under development so it isn't that big of a deal yet. But why would this error fire? Or at least, where can I track it down to and see what piece of code is causing it? Or at least, how can I in Joomla or Kunena hide this error message from displaying at all whether options or hacking the code?

What modules and plugins do you have installed?

Can you provide the Kunena 1.6 config report?

Thx!

We love stars on the Joomla Extension Directory . :-)

I have tons of modules and plugins unfortunately....where can I find the config report? I will post asap.

Also, I noticed errors when I had a menu issue and wasn't linking to it properly but I think that has subsided....because I don't see them anymore.

For the configuration report (a link is given in a sticky topic in this category), go to the Wiki and view the article Configuration Report .

As far as having "tons of modules and plugins" is concerned, I believe in the KISS principle . If you don't need them or don't use them then you're better off if you uninstall them. Among other things, every time Joomla produces a page, because it has to load all those plugins your site performance slows down. Also, the more of these things that you install the more you have to do to chase up when there are new releases for them and you end up spending more time upgrading your plugins and modules than you spend actually using your website. So you see, on these two measures alone, you end up in a paralysed state. But that's just my opinion, of course.
