The general approach to tackling the issues of the "missing BBcode toolbar" problem is covered by this topic. I suspect, however, that your specific problems are related to the Rockettheme template. Search for
somaxiom
and you will probably find the answer.

If you have J! 1.5.22 then you already have
Mootools 1.2.4
installed. Your configuration report shows that you have Mootools 1.2.4 installed and enabled.
Your problem lies with your Rockettheme template (or with one of its addons). Please look at the results of the search that I pointed you towards in my last post. Thank you.

Have you looked into any of the information about Rockettheme template issues that I have referred you to? Yes or no, please. Thank you

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by the "main plugin". What is this main plugin ... and does it really matter? The missing BBcode toolbar is a consequence of a conflict with the Mootools 1.2.4 Javascript library (also known as the System - Mootools Upgrade plugin). If you had read the article Mootools 1.2.4 you would have found that information.bristolgizmo wrote: it says the upgrade is active but not main plugin
