Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

OK ... this problem (involving avatars) is solved.
You can upload user avatars.
It's a caching matter. It takes about 15 minutes, after you upload a new avatar image, for the image to appear on your site.
So we have to figure out why that's happening.
But you have another problem. I cannot post a test message on your site.
EDIT: Looked at your administrator site. You have the dreaded RokCandy plugin installed and enabled. This causes heaps of problems with Kunena (search the forum here and you will see).
Also you have K2 installed. Please read the important information in msg #1 of If you are having problems with Kunena, please read this first
Build title spans = Off is one well-known problem
K2 causes a few other issues, too, but there's a way to work around them.
