Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Question Install Error
I am not using 64 bit so I guess you shouldn't jump to conclusions and if it doesn't work in the environment that I have then I guess I just wont use it and will review other forum software.

never said you did it was a statement to all testers not just you

Sounds like a plan or maybe try following the guildline i stated above and try it with J1.5.18.

yep and backed up by countless number of posts here and on the joomla website on how bad xampp/wamp is for testing and how many issues it causes.

We have used a lot of time trying to fix installer issues with J1.6, but unfortunately there are still some, also in beta3 and latest internal build of Kunena. It seems that menus get generated, but for some reason Joomla does not want to publish them..
