Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

Hi Matias,

I've looked into this extensively, and figured out how Joomla 1.6 wants the
module packaged.. I've sent an email with details to Oliver about it, including
a zipfile with my mods... If you want to get copied too, please let me know..

He already did some changes, but I cannot get them to work. Try alpha2 when it gets out (hopefully in few hours) and let's continue from there. :)

Can't K 1.6 be installed on Joomla 1.5? Or its solely for j1.6?

Hi Matias,

I tried with ALPHA2, but the install errors even got worse :

Error loading component: com_kunena, 1

and, after finishing the installation, I got this error on the Kunena Control page :

Next, I uninstalled and applied my modifications to ALPHA2, then installed Kunena. Now the
installation runs fine without errors, and I have the entries in the Admin menu.
