Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

what are the exact problems that you are seeing? can you give some more examples?

jfyi, i tried somaxiom with kunena 1.5 and did not find any issues so far.


Mootools conflicts with Kunena 1.6, because of Mootools 1.2 use in Kunena and Mootools 1.1.2 in Rockettheme Template. Everything is OK with Kunena 1.5. ;-)

Mootools conflicts with Kunena 1.6, because of Mootools 1.2 use in Kunena and Mootools 1.1.2 in Rockettheme Template. Everything is OK with Kunena 1.5. ;-)

Maybe, you can disable the mootools in your rocketheme template.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

It was only for testing. If i disable mootools in my rockettheme template, what is the interest keeping the template ? :lol:
I have to wait until Rockettheme go to Mootools 1.2. That's all. Or having Kunena with Mootools 1.1.2

kunena will nto work correctly with mootool 1.1 and to be honest rocket templates are more trouble than there worth.

hi again,

when you say kunena will not work correctly with mootools 1.1, then you mean kunena 1.6 i guess?

as far as i know kunena 1.5.11 works fine with mootools 1.1 and current rockettheme templates. the only issue i am aware of is rokcandy at times, but not the templates themselves.

yes this is a K1.6 ;) an sadly even the te,plates can cause alot of issues
