Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

On your screenshot it's correctly, but your configuration report shows for this option the number 0 and this means disabled.
Please use during the error search the Joomla and Kunena default templates Protostar and Crypsis. Then save the Kunena configuration again (without changes). Then test again.
Maybe it's a problem with the Joomla template. I think you have enabled the optimization for the complete page. Kunena want to load all info from the template cache.
/cache/com_templates/templates/shaper_helix3/...
Try to exclude Kunena or disable this compression.
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

Please use during the error search the Joomla and Kunena default templates Protostar and Crypsis. Then save the Kunena configuration again (without changes). I think, afterwards works.

I forgot to write, empty the cache afterwards.
You also could try to set all Kunena configurations back to default (button is on top for this option).
If it works after that, enable only one of this two (Helix or NTS KSumo) and test again.
