Ok when I debug system there are two setting for debugging. There is a debug tab and a error reporting tab. When error reporting is set to max I get this error message on homepage but the other problem page still remains blank.Notice: Undefined offset: 22 in /home/daviddmf/public_html/templates/ja_pollux/ja_vars.php on line 104

And when I turn on debug I get this error message on homepage and the main problem page still remains blank.

Do you have plugin called usertrace? Or do you have something for this purpose?

Well, it's broken. You need to uninstall it to get rid of the message.
