Important 11 posts on thread then blank page

Hello first of all thank you for this fantastic forum and all your previous help and support.

Initially the problem was a blank page appearing (only when signed in) on only one of my forum topic threads. No post could be accessed on the thread when logged in. However all posts can be accessed when not logged in.

I discovered yesterday when trying to manually rebuild the topic along with its 15 posts under a new topic header by copying and pasting them that When I got to post 11 I got the same bug - a blank page.

Does anyone know why I can't post more than 11 posts on a thread before the whole topic thread just goes blank when visited?

I am using latest version of Kunena. Community builder an older version. And sh404 (not latest version)

Please look at the sticky posts in the Community Builder category for important information about versions that are acceptable and how to configure CB when you are using Kunena. Let's eliminate CB from the possible interferences.

"Everyone" seems to be having problems with sh404SEF - at least, we don't seem to get any messages from anyone who is having a great deal of success with that product - and the developers of sh404SEF don't seem to know what are the problems (or, if they know, they're not saying anything). So, let's eliminate sh404SEF from the list of likely causes and see what happens when you disable the software.

The "latest version" of Kunena? Can we have a few more details, please? See K 1.5.x Support: Please read this first. Your quick response to these questions will give us a better chance to be able to get fast, effective help to you.

To be totally honest with you, I've never seen this kind of problem before.

In your Kunena Configuration , how many messages per page? 10?

Could you be using an out-of-date, incompatible, or defective Kunena template that has "pagination" issues? See There is only one endorsed and supported Kunena template ... default_ex

Ok switched of Kunena comp in sh404 (note I did not deactivate the whole sh404 only kunena comp)

Same things happens.

Kunena version is Installed version: Kunena 1.5.12 | 2010-06-19

Template is default template which came with last version. you can see it in action on www.fastingconnection.com/forum/

Joomla latest version.

messages per page 80
threads per page 80

It is annoying because even my workaround is not working.

When you get blank page: take a look into apache error log if there's something in there.

Also do you get blank page on every browser or just in FireFox (etc)?

I tried on Firefox and Safari browsers and the problem is the same. Checked cpanel error logs and yes there were many error logs all related to the forum thread which displays a blank page:

I only deleted some of the ip numbers listed on the above logs for security so it will go 64.xx.xx.xx
Hope you will be able to deduce something from these logs.

Unfortunately these errors have nothing to do with the blank page. They have nothing to do with Kunena either.

There are two options: either you didn't catch the error or for some reason your browser loads the page, but fails to show it. Can you show me the page where you see the error?
