Understood. 1.5.6 it is then! Let me know how you get on with 1.0.5. Are you able to do it tonight? The forum is used mainly by people in the UK, so they're all tucked up in bed right now. ;)

when you uninstalled fireboard, then install kunena 1.5.6 and not 1.5.7 because in 1.5.7 is a bug.

810 to the rescue! From Fireboard 1.0.4 to Kunena 1.5.8 RC1 in one foul swoop! You're a genius and Ajax suck! LOL

Thank you my very good Dutch Friend for all the work you put into getting our forum from an obsolete component to a very stable and great looking Kunena component. I have your PayPal address and I'll be sending a donation on behalf of all our football fans to you tomorrow.

Thanks again!

Saw this too late.

There is no need to install FB 1.0.5xx to migrate to Kunena.

All the upgrade code from 1.0.4 (and prior versions) is inside of Kunena. You can go straight to the Kunena version you want. Just make sure you run that converter first if you want to preserve settings before the uninstall.

Hope this helps!

We love stars on the Joomla Extension Directory . :-)
