Any Other Ideas?

Hi - Sorry about that!

Was this an upgrade of a fresh install? What version of Joomla? What version of php?

Thx!

Something is not right here.

Have all of your tables the prefix joomla_ instead of the default jos_? Your Joomla install must show joomla_ in the system configuration/database settings.

When I take the query from the error message and replace joomla_ with jos_ (prefix on my test server), the query runs just fine - no error.

This seems to be either a naming error - Joomla install different prefix than these tables, or the database version you are looking at is not the database you are connecting to. This error can also occur on very old MySQL database versions that do not support derived tables.

Hope this helps!

Is that possibly the same root cause for your problem?

Sorry for not replying faster, was out of the office for a few days. We are running MySQL 5, which basically means the system is okay. I am looking at ways to display the forum, but it has been working well. Only thing that baffles me is that the tabs as added to Community Builder dop not seem to want to appear!

It seems that the problem is in the default_ex template. I experienced this problem only when I used this template? Will the next version of Kunena fix this template? This is a great template and an update could be perfect!

Thanks...
