Question default_ex template causes errors when drilling into categories

Running out of ideas!

Switched the template to JA Purity and the error still occurs.

Do you have cache enabled? if so, please disable it. Temporarily, because if you need to make file edits you don't want the old files cached.

I also noticed that you were using JomSocial with K1.0.10. If I'm not mistaken I believe this release only works with CB 1.2.1 atm. But don't hold me to that statement.

I remember having this issue too when I upgraded initially and I can't think of what it was at the moment. I think is was because I was still using CB 1.2, After upgrading to CB 1.2.1 The problem disappeared.

If you have disabled sef and you have cache enabled you need to clear your cache and delete any expired cache too. Also for user avatar and profile try setting it to kunena and save the settings. We need to rule out some variables to pinpoint the problem.

Please, could you give us the information, if you have CB 1.21 installed? We (= The Kunena team) are collecting all facts around this category view bug.



And could you please turn on the debug mode (in Joomla backend) and tell us the error messages?

I don't have CB 1.21 installed, I removed it after migrating to JomSocial.

Here are the error message when debug mode is on:
