Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Thank you for your detailed responses. Perhaps someone with considerably more technical knowledge that me may wish to comment on the basic enviroment but the details match the basic requirements that should not present a problem to a viable Kunena operation.
In order to troubleshoot your problem, I'd like to suggest that you "go back to basics" as far as possible and eliminate any potential causes (probable or improbable) as I described the procedure here . Please advise if disabling those third-party components had any effect on your situation.
As I mentioned earlier in this thread (2½ weeks ago) I had a similar problem that resolved itself and I'm not entirely sure how I went about it. Persevere; you'll get it working eventually if you keep at it!
