Question categories page doesnt shown properly

I found the reason, Im a little rusty with sql, and it appears now there is a bug in phpmyadmin where it doesn't copy auto-increatment with a create table command. SO I exported the fireboard tables selectively from the old database, globally change the prefix with a search replace in a text editor, and reimported it. I think I also set the defaults properly that way, so it should work better now.
