Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

I really don't understand why you are so stubbornly sticking to a severely outdated version of Joomla and Kunena.
docs.joomla.org/Joomla!_CMS_versions

My advice: upgrade everything to the latest versions!

I saw this template. Very nice. It really resembles the Blue Eagle 5 template. However, from what I saw the description says that it works on Kunena 6.3 and joomla 4.x and 5.x. That's why I didn't take this template into account. I don't have that version of joomla and kunena

Hi @darkam123,
I think you should consider upgrading your website from Joomla 4.x to joomla 5.x and Kunena 6.x. The main reason is Joomla 4 has entered security only mode. Support ends 17 October 2025.

Don't the creators of this template have a copy in their sources?

I can pay $10 or even if they add some additional costs, it's $20
