Do you really want to stick with Joomla 3.10 and Kunena 5.2? These versions are outdated and support has ended and Blue Eagle has also been discontinued.

Unfortunately Rich won't be able to help you with that either. The link no longer works. The last version was blue-eagle-5-v1-6-8. The only way to get a version of Blue Eagle is if you know someone who used Blue Eagle before and still has a version in their download directory.
