Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This is for users to help other users, to discuss topics that relate to migrating from other web-based forums and converting the data into a form that will operate with Kunena.

It is important to note that the Kunena team does not have a standard, recommended or supported protocol for these ideas and that posting questions in this category may not receive advice from team members.

It is a lot of work, still I have problems.

update phpbb3 forum to a newer version (mine was 3.0.4)
install a joomla and import phpbb3 on same database
Install kunena 1.7
install kunena forum importer
import items one by one not all together, here if your forum is veru big you will have a lot of problems, because of timeouts
Then upgrade your kunena to newer version and run sql query to update replies and post count

You should be good in db knowledge or it is very difficult to end...
