Kunena 7.0.11 & Kunena 6.4.16 – Security Updates Released and K7.1 in RC1 2
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of three simultaneous security release : K6.4.16, K7.0.11 and K7.1 RC2. Just a reminder K6.4.16 receives only securities fixes untill end of 2026, so it's advised for users to upgrade to K7.0.11. K7.0.11 is the last release of the K7.0 because it's replaced by K7.1 branch with the stable release in the corner. The translations for K7.1 on crowdin.com/project/kunena-forum-7-1 needs to be checked or improved becasue it has been generated by TM (Translation Machine).
It is important to note that the Kunena team does not have a standard, recommended or supported protocol for these ideas and that posting questions in this category may not receive advice from team members.

We're trying to migrate from Ninjaboard 1.1 to Kunena 2.0. I checked out your documentation and searched your site, however I couldn't find any recent relevant information other than that it's planned in Kunena 2. Is there any recent development on a migrator for Ninjaboard to Kunena?
We have a very skilled developer on our team and we'd like to collaborate with Kunena's efforts in order to minimize our work, contribute to Kunena, and help out others with the same issue.
Kind regards,
Nick

I suggest you advise your developer to look at GitHub for the Kunena project.

I went through this topic as I'm trying to migrate Ninjaboard to Kunena as well. This is mandatory in order to migrate my site to Joomla 3.3
I tried the standard Kunena importer, but it did not work (as reported by another user in this forum, www.kunena.org/forum/migrate-to-kunena/1...-0-3-to-kunena-2-0-4 )
As I read this post, I expected to find some OST changes in a github forks, but I did not find nothing. The code is the same as the packed Kunena Importer.
I modified a bit the ninjaboard importer (that is indeed marked as "experimental", so I expected some issues to arise) and uploaded on my fork in github.
Just a few changes improved a lot the importer, I hope it could help people in migrate from the dead Ninjaboard, which currently hold users to old joomla versions
Regards,
Bruno

I think you can share your code (give the link of your github repo) to help others users to migrate
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.
