Merged Phpbb 3.0.1.0. to Kunena 2.0

I uninstalled 2.01, I installed Joomla 1.72 and importer 1.71
I managed to migrate my phpbb3 forum to 1,71 and then I installed 2.01 and guess what I did not have any error
I will test it more
but it seems that all is working and I am for now very happy

I am using joomla 2.5.6, I meant kunena 1.7.2 with kunena importer 1.7.1

the only thing I find ma by not working is that users can not edit their profiles
and that is annoying, or ma by something is ... bugged


I spent all day today to set permissions as it was, because you need to "edit" permisson for each category, and I have them a lot, I even needed to make new usergroups so I cando it as it should be ...

but I hope you make an official phpbb3>kunena 2.01 importer since people do not like to do this, and of course after import you need to edit all categories, and to set up access for each group / groups

I hope also that a converter will be launched asap eager to convert

2 Months ago conversion was a work in progress but unfortuanately that's the last message from the developer. I have [strike]patiently[/strike] waited 8 weeks and allas, no news about the converter.

It would be nice if the developer would at least provide an update so user's can make/finalize plans. At this point, I'm considering other forum solutions.
