Kunena 6.4.8 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.8 [K 6.4.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

Is there a possibility to have an option for indented chat similar like messenger/telegram etc.. ?? Where only the original post has all the headers??

Replied by lemur on topic indented chat option.
Hi,
Your question is closely related to an issue I've raised with the Kunena developers several times.
Currently, post titles in a topic can't be independent of the topic title. This makes creating a list from titles pointless.

I've published several posts on this issue:

- It is necessary to prohibit the possibility of changing topic headings
- Option "User can specify their own title for their post"
- Threaded and Intended theme layout
- Pseudo-tree forum structure
- The tree structure of the forum is very necessary

. . .

Perhaps the developers' reluctance to address this issue is partly due to the problem described in the post  Problem with Parent References of Deleted Posts
If so, I suggest using the solution I implemented in my  Kunena Topic to Article component
It's briefly described in the documentation for component   7. Post Relations in Kunena
and is shown in the following figure.

I hope my comments help resolve the issue raised in this thread.
Thanks.
