Bug [Topic closed - no response from user] Error: Empty solution not allowed

When a new user attempts to create an account, the error message comes back Error: Empty solution not allowed

I had posted this before and it has disappeared. I need help with this error. I don't understand why the previous post disappeared as it was an error and I posted the configuration report.
