Solved Getting 404 after latest update to 6.9.4 or 7.0.1

@Leen I am using RS!Firewall but I deactivated it completely, no change. I also didn't change anything about the access rights or similar. I mean, if it is a user/category/group access issue, there wouldn't be a 404 but instead a note that I have no access, or not?

@Pinkeltje I recreated the menu as suggested but without any success, the issue still is active. I can access the forum when being a guest but not when being registered and logged in.

I no longer see the Kunena Forum in your menu.
But if I clear my cookies, I can log in to the website
and see my own profile (which wasn't the case this morning).

And I see an error:

#500 A database error has occurred. Please enable debug mode for more information.

Could it be that your menu-items are assigned to guest in stead of public or registered?

How is your Kunena Forum: Categories access set up?
It seems more like a Kunena category rights issue.
Can you provide a screenshot like my example?

For me everything seems to look fine.
