Ok, I selected CKEditor on the BBcode tab, and made sure the Aurelia template is the default but no change... Maybe give you a temp admin account?

I see problems with your database and your menu. Check that as well.

1. install Kunena again and afterwards go to the dashboard (it should solve the database collation)
2. install the current Kunena language package (it should solve the editor problem)
3. adjust your wrong created menu items (links of other menus, which are linked to the forum, must be Menu Item Type = Menu Item Alias )
