Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I confirm the problem exist.
Just tested on dev site where Kunena 5.1.15 is installed:
I created a topic and replied there - the notification was received immediately.
Then I updated Kunena to 5.1.16 and repeated the action: new topic and reply under another user: no notification was received.

Here is the commit:

I suppose this code should be investigated.

I have tested under Joomla mailing a test email and it was received immediately.
