I enabled Use URL Rewriting (joomla config)

I've followed the instructions on this thread but still no luck.

1. Re-installed Kunena 5.1.1
2. Installed BlueEagle5 1.5.0-RC3
3. Cleared all caches (joomla, browser)
4. enabled URL rewriting
