Kunena 6.4.9 & Kunena 7.0.1 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.9 [K 6.4.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.1 [K 7.0.1] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

Since conversion fomr K 5.0.12 to K 5.0.13 It is not possible to modify any of my post.
What can be edited is only the last post of a topic.

Is this an intended change ?

Hello,

i have the same issue here. Since latest versions users cant edit their posts. The option in the backend is set to YES i tried different settings but no luck. My users are complaining alot about it recently. :(

Any ideas?

Unpack attached zipped file (message.php) and upload it to folder /libraries/kunena/forum/message. Don't forget to make a backup of the original file.

Thanks for your reply. The old behaviour and editing old own posts, is back.
Actually at the same moment that this issue arrised on our forum there was also a discussion started whether or not to delete a post. I see that there were some changes in the source concerning the deletion of posts.

Always a point of discussion!
