Hello,
Sorry for the delay in replying.
Also, I hope you don't mind that I did a test on the Russian-language site.
I'm attaching three pictures with evidence.
I created the topic Test 1. In it, I responded with the posts Test 2 and Test 3.
In the post Test 4, I changed the title. Immediately, the topic title changed to Test 4.
In the post Test 5, I changed the title again. Immediately, the topic title changed to Test 5.
The same thing happened in Tests 6, 7.
And finally, in Test 9, the final topic title appeared.
I'm ready to answer additional questions.

Yes, topic title changes happen with a new title inside the topic. This is a bug and has already been reported on Git. It does not occur on the first page of a topic, but only when you change the title on the next pages (at least in my tests). Can you confirm this, or does the error already occur on the first page of a topic? Then I can describe the error more precisely on Git.

If you reply with button 1 or 3, as marked on the picture, the original title must be displayed again.
If you reply with button number 2, reply to the message with the changed title. The changed title will then be displayed. Depending on which message you reply to, its title will be adopted.
This is not an error. It would be a bug if you click Reply Topic (button number 3) on the second page if the topic has more than one page and the changed title of the topic remains.
This is what I wanted to know from you, because for me works as it should.

Thank you for your explanations.
So far, I have not been able to fully investigate the situation with them in mind.
Don't close the topic, if you can, please, I'll come back to it later.
