Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This problem has always existed.
The only way to correct such a post is in the database table #__kunena_messages_text by completing or removing these brackets.
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

The editor is not developed by us. I believe that this error has existed since I have known the CKeditor. Unfortunately, this bug has never been fixed.

Thanks for clarifying this Richard. I will contact the developers of the CKeditor to see if this bug is known and can be fixed. I'll keep you updated.

I got in touch with the CKEditor Support, but they told me that "...CKEditor 4 reached its End of Life on 30/06/2023, which means that it's no longer actively maintained". So my question goes back to you: Is it planned to support CKEditor 5 in one of the next Kunena releases?
