Question Can not quote post

Hi @ all.

A user of my forum contacted me and told me that he has written a message that he cannot edit anymore. If he tries to edit, he gets an empty editor. When I try to quote this message, I get an empty editor too. Whats wrong here?

I had the same this week. Don't now if it is template related (I use a template from 9themestore as well). Will look into it when I have time.

I just switched back to the Aurelia template for a short test, but the editor is still empty when I try to quote this post.

It might be caused by that unclosed square bracket. [
But I don't see it in the first post.
It is in this post. And I remember sering it in my forum as well with the message I could not edit.

Tried to edit my previous message with the square bracket. Empty editor  
As they are used for bbcode I suppose it triggers this behaviour when bracket isn't closed or contains invalid characters.

I think you are right, seems to be a bug when there is an open bracket without its counterpart. And it seems only to happen in CKeditor. I switched to the SCeditor for a test and it opens fine.
