Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

You are right, users cannot change the subject if it is not allowed in the configuration. Now I am no longer sure whether this was always the case.
As far as I know and remember, yes!

So again I am asking myself how this iPad user managed to change the subject?

I don't see any possibility, unless he has moderator rights (or maybe a moderator has adjusted his subject?).
No, he is just a standard user, no admin, no mod. And at the moment I'm the only admin or mod, so I'm very sure that no admin/mod has changed the subject. I can only think of an unknown bug that can be triggered with an iPad only.
