Question E-Mail notifications not sent

Thank you very much for the answers so far.

I have logged out each time with one user and logged in again with a new one, but neither of them gets an email - only the admin in each case.
I have also created a current backup and tested it locally and also reset the settings in Kunena, but even then none of the users receive an email.

To be honest, I'm at the end of my tether and don't know what else to try.

 

And when you login as a normal user and check preferences is Select subscription as default set to Yes?

Hello,

Yes, the users have activated the tick box by default. I have also attached a screenshot of my local version, where you can see that the user "WhykikiNew" has subscribed to the topic and should therefore actually receive emails.

I can also add screenshots of all settings for comparison.
