After backups, I have deleted everything I could find related to kunena in public_html and the DB.
I downloaded the lates: pkg_kunena_v6.0.0-RC1_2022-03-05.zip
But when I try to install it I now get this error:

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Thank you all for your help, it is now installed.
Unfortunately, I deleted all the original categories in the process. I still have the j3 site with all the cats. Is there a method to export/import the categories?

Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

I have several questions:
1. is your Joomla 4.1 a test page?
2. is your Joomla 3.10 page still running with Kunena 5.2 or at least do you have a backup of it?
3. do you have an additional backup only of the Kunena tables from the K5.2 installation?
4. do you still have access to the media/kunena folder from the K5.2 installation?
