just to be clear when I work with the pkg_kunena_v6.0.0-BETA3_2021-09-13.zip then i have no notifications from that warning : Use of undefined constant KPATH_ADMIN - assumed 'KPATH_ADMIN' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/myenvironment/domains/mywebsite.eu/public_html/plugins/kunena/joomla/joomla.php online 38
but when i use pkg_kunena_v6.0.0-BETA4-DEV_2021-10-03(2).zip works it comes in.. but I can't edit a topic with either one.

Use you the default setting or have you changed the option Direct Component Access?
If you click on Edit, contains the address in your browser .../component/kunena/... ?

I think, the wrong route causes the error. If you replace in the address "component/kunena" with "forum" it should work.

with testing locally on PC with Wamp64 Do I apparently have to go into Kunena configuration de Set Search Engine Friendly URLs to No.
and then edit message works fine.
so also applied this to the live website and so far it works there too
