At last (within the last 10 minutes) this item has finally (after waitng for nearly two months) appeared on the "to do" list: github.com/Kunena/Kunena-Forum/pull/3372

It will be good to see this fix in K 4.0.6.

I have improved the paste code from the table ect,

But like message #1 we can't do it with this editor, this seems to be a limitation in the markitup editor.

In the future we will replace this editor to a better one, we need to find a good wysiswyg editor with bbcode support and easy to create extra plugins.

Hi, because I am using Kunena in 'mixed' sites (blogging and forum) feedback I get is why the editor for blogging is not the same as for forum posting. I think that the current forum bbcode editor is not up to par, when I try to make for example a multi threaded list I have to revert to google to lookup how to do it in bbcode :(

So having a good wysiwyg bbcode editor is for sure a huge step forward, having a choice (via backend) to post via bbcode or joomla selected editor would be perfect :woohoo:

I would really like to share my thoughts and (user) experiences on a (functional) discussion around this improvement.

ps. this is a wysiwyg bbcode editor with possibility to add/change bbcode (like twitter?) www.wysibb.com/docs/p1.html > is this the functionality you want to persue with the 'easy to create extra plugins'?
