I too have the same issue. After the 3.4.7 update, the program started to have problems. Attempted a fresh install, no luck. Error during install {"success":false,"html":"No action defined!"}

there is a bug in joomla 3.4.7

Try to install admin tools, then clear all sessions. I f you can't install admin tools, logout then login again on the backend.

The error is there because all users have no permissions in the backend

I just tried the upgrade and got the install error and this took my forum down. Not good. Is the a straight forward way to get my forum back online? Please advise as this is a major emergency.

Also, does this effect my database data? I have not deleted my forum information, have I?
