I would like very much. But I have only one server for all my websites with only one database for all test and live environments. I am legally responsible for the security of them and users data too.

I wanted to suggest you to install a backup of your site in an another database like that there is no problem if something is broken but it seems that you can't do that

We can test locally your backup of your site, but i'am not sure but environement are differents so i'am not sure if the issue will be there

I use a shared server plan with OVH provider.

I have cleaned this topic because everyone says that 'i have the same issue...' but it's different

There is no error message displayed so it's more difficult to diagnose, for now i'am thinking to add something during install process to log action to help to debug, i will let you know when i will have something

I forgot to ask you, what are your Php and MySql versions ?
