Solved Upgrading from 2.0.4 with automatic updates

Hi,
I was trying to upgrade through automatic updates on my Kunena site from 2.0.4 to 3.0.0 and I'm getting the following error on clicking update:

I suspect this is some kind of ARS issue - because I've never had a problem updating through the automatic updates before - but I can include my server config details if that helps!

the last week i had the same error, today i try to update and get blank page in the front end and the backend...
