Kunena 6.2.6 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.6 [K 6.2.6] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Hello everyone :-)
I apologize for my bad English, but I'm using Google Translate;-)

I found a small error in Kunena 3.0.0 on the Tag "IMG"

Previously (up to Kunena 2.0.4), if it was not indicated the size of the linked image, this was adapted to the size available.

Instead Kunena 3.0.0 in the image is cropped.

The problem is not so much for the new images, but for old already entered.

I noticed that setting the old template of Kunena ("Blue Eagle (default)" V.1.7.2) the problem is solved.

What are the difference between the two Template?
What problems are there to leave the old template?

Thank you in advance for your answers :-)

I seem to have the a very similar problem after upgrading from 2.0.4.

As example see this link to this thread containing two posts - both having an image inserted that should have been resized rather than cropped by Kunena. This was not a problem previously but started after the upgrade.

Any ideas to a solution are very welcome:-)

Thanks..

dapinna: Please see Images cutoff in smaller screen size . There was an issue with the CSS in the Blue Eagle template and it was fixed in K 3.0.1.

topdude: Yours is a different problem. You are using outdated Kunena modules and plugins that you should update. Further, YOOtheme templates are known to cause problems with Kunena and you should discuss with YOOtheme what you might need to do to resolve them.
