You have two conflicting menu items. Easily solved if you reapply the standard Kunena menu (or remove the conflict). See Kunena Menu issues .

I'm still not getting this resolved..I've done everything but it seems i'm still missing something somewhere..whats surprising me is that, it worked pretty fine in my local server..but not working on my live site..well thanks for your support and assistance so far..i really appreciate

Your configuration report showed that you have a conflict with your Joomla menu. Please read Kunena Menu issues for information how to fix the issue.

Please try the standard (default) Kunena menu without making any changes. See if this fixes the problem.
