Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

You are logged in, when the user writes a post? You need to log out. If you are logged in, you will see the posts also without e-mail.
Please also check the spam folder of your email provider. It is possible that you find the emails there.
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

I am logged out of anything. But even then I as a administrator dont get an email notice. I also checked the spam folder. Its empty.

@natureplus: I do not know the reason you are not receiving emails about new messages posted on your forum.

There are many possible reasons why this can happen. There are two things you should do:

(1) Enable debug mode to and see what messages are being generated when you post a reply on your forum; and

Go to "Configuration > General" and set "Send E-mails to Users = Yes"

Please upgrade also your forum. Currently is Kunena 3.0.4 up-to-date.
