As I have written before, I do not know how this works in Kunena. Perhaps someone else knows. This is a mystery to me.

find solution :

I delete all fields exept default="200"in template.xml file of Blue Eagle template.( components / com_kunena / template / blue_eagle / )
Code:
<field name="avatarSizeXThumb" type="hidden" default="36" /> <field name="avatarSizeYThumb" type="hidden" default="36" /> <field name="avatarSizeXWelcome" type="hidden" default="72" /> <field name="avatarSizeYWelcome" type="hidden" default="72" /> <field name="avatarSizeXList" type="hidden" default="36" /> <field name="avatarSizeYList" type="hidden" default="36" /> <field name="avatarSizeXPost" type="hidden" default="144" /> <field name="avatarSizeYPost" type="hidden" default="144" />

and then changed the values to 200
in libraries > kunena > integration > avatar.php

and yooooo - all avatars in best (200px) quality .

:woohoo:
