Kunena 6.2.6 released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.6 [K 6.2.6] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2
As general background, My Joomla site template makes a mess of Kunena .
We do not answer questions about other templates for Kunena here.
If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.
Merged How I remove ":: Category Index" from page browser title?

If you search the forum for "window title" you would see that this question has been asked many times in the past. Even though it was written for K 2.0, the topic Change browser window title should contain the information you need to change the browser window title in any way that you might like.
I hope this helps.

Please, look at the URL of this Kunena-based forum (not my forum, just an example).
thesandboxclub.com/forum/darkmall/1722-s...t-truehoop-blog-espn
You see "Kunena :: Topic: soccer cleats sales ...."
Well, I have been able to remove "Kunena" and "Topic:" so far, but I am unable to remove the double colon (: that appears in all the URLs in mi forum. I just cannot find the origin of it in the code or language chains.
I have a SEF extension installed in the site, but consider the user's topics in the forum ...
Anyone knows the location of the string to remove this element.
Thanks very much.

Go to: components/com_kunena/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_kunena.views.ini
And just delete the language like this:
COM_KUNENA_VIEW_CATEGORIES_DEFAULT=""
And regarding Topic:
Go to: components/com_kunena/views/topic/view.html.php
Find this code:
$title = JText::sprintf('COM_KUNENA_VIEW_TOPICS_DEFAULT', $this->topic->subject) . " ({$page}/{$pages})";
Change it to:
$title = JText::sprintf($this->topic->subject) . " ({$page}/{$pages}) -";
This also removes the "topic:" language from topic titles completely, and the subject title is first now, and adds a "-" to separate it from the main forum title at the end of the title. Remove the "-" at the end to delete the separator.
