Kunena 6.3.0 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

Hello,

Currently the title of the pages of my forum give the Forum name + the name of the forum content, separated by ::.

I have already replaced the :: by |.

Now I would like to change the order of the title.

I found the .php file where this is defined, but I am not familiar with this language.

Currently it says (Forum name + title of content):

$title = KunenaFactory::getConfig()->board_title .' | '. $title;

I would like to have the order "content title" | "forum name".

I have tried many options to get this done, but didn't succeed.
Can anyone tell me how I have to change this piece of PHP code?

Thanks!

G'day, PetersenP, and welcome to Kunena.

Replace the current line (that you have changed) with this:
Code:
$title = $title .' | '. KunenaFactory::getConfig()->board_title;
Please remember that any changes you make to original Kunena source files are your responsibility to maintain including making these changes again whenever there are future updates to Kunena.

In all the topics, it also adds some stuff the browser title, that's not so good for SEO. The forum's main page title:: (note there is actually two : :), and also the word "topic:" is also all added too, before the topic's real title. All of this is before the actual title of each topic.

How do I remove all this extra stuff from the title used in browsers, and just use the subject as the title only (like how it works in pervious Kunena versions).
