Solved Joomla cannot find Kunena Update Site
I've searched through the database and find the update URL string in the "update_sites" table.
Should I change this to a different URL? Or delete this row? Or something else to fix the error?
Thanks for any assistance.

I've just updated to Kunena 6.3.5 and now the problem appears to be worse.
Now I get two errors instead of one.
When Joomla is searching for the Kunena updates, the Joomla "check for updates" hangs until it determines the above Kunena sites are not available. So update checks now take a really long time.
How do I go about fixing this problem?
Thanks,
Ari

Update site for K 6.3.5 can be reached: update.kunena.org/6.3/list.xml
So maybe a firewall is blocking access?

It seems unlikely that a firewall is blocking access since all the other .xml update sites work just fine.So maybe a firewall is blocking access?
I noticed that Joomla did not notice the latest Kunena version was available for update and I had to go to the kunena.org site and download it manually.

That's not true. All update sites have different ip adresses. It seems unlikely that a firewall is blocking access since all the other .xml update sites work just fine.
Have you checked your server settings ?
