Kunena 6.3.8 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.8 [K 6.3.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3
Note: Please go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated.
Solved Change entry in aurelia/BBCode
COM_KUNENA_TEMPLATE_DISPLAY_X_SOCIAL_DESC = "Show symbol for <strong>X</strong> in the editor" in COM_KUNENA_TEMPLATE_DISPLAY_X_SOCIAL = "<strong>X_Social</strong> symbol in the editor" and
COM_KUNENA_TEMPLATE_DISPLAY_X_SOCIAL_DESC = "Show symbol for <strong>X_Social</strong> in the editor" renamed.
Unfortunately, the entry "X symbol in the editor" has not changed. To make sure that nothing else has an influence, I created a new test server version and installed there only the bare Joomla 5.1.1 and Kunena 6.3.2 in the pure version. There I have also made the changes to the language file without changing anything.I also find it strange that I can't find the entries "Instagram icon in editor" and "Soundcloud icon in editor" in this language file although they are in aurelia/BBCode with "Ebay icon in editor" and "X icon in editor".
I also cannot find another file in which I could change the entry.
Does anyone have a tip for me?

Have you tried using language overrides?

I hadn't realised that the "_DESC" displays had disappeared.I don't know where entries with _DESC are used (normally the appear when using show inline help button, but Kunena doesn't have this),
It used to look like this:
.
.
But we have unnecessary language lines in the frontend because the same strings are also present in the admin views.ini and are only used in the backend.
@Gindi, I have a tip for you. As far as I know, you have Linux as your operating system. You can use the grep search tool.
Example:
1. download Kunena from git and unpack this zip
2. navigate with ~$ cd /path to the folder Kunena-Forum-K6.3/
3. enter grep -R -i -n --include=*.ini "COM_KUNENA_TEMPLATE_DISPLAY_X_SOCIAL"
This would have shown you all results including line numbers in the ini files within one second.

I have now successfully managed to change the entry "X symbol in editor" to "X_Social symbol in editor" in aurelia/BBCode on my test server.
I had to change the file /languages/de-DE/de-DE.com_kunena.templates.ini.
The problem is solved.

Thank you very much!
Note: I edited your post at git because the link to this topic didn't work.

The function description has not been displayed since Kunena 3.
Since the BlueEagle5 template, the lines in edit.php exist without your addition. There the function description was displayed when you moved the mouse over the function on the left.
