I'm using this wonderful component for the construction of a small community. I wanted to ask two pieces of information:

1. You can create a custom emoticon bar for each individual user?
2. In how responsive you can bring up the time and date of the post?

1) No, emoticons are showed for all.
2) could you explain the second question
